At Rocket Dog, we want you to love your new shoes, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we've made our exchange and refund process quick and easy.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original Rocket Dog box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
